I'll give advice how to make international friends
1. Try speaking first even if you're shy or afraid your English isn't "good enough" - it doesn't matter bcz they'll adapt to u :)
2. Don't make assumptions bout them based on how they look(there are people from all over the world and they have many reasons why they're in Korea)
3. Try talking about something else to them( you can ask where they're from, age, job and etc.) but other questions not about their identify can help you build a connection too.
